1. The application form attached with the prospectus is available for payment Rs. 250/- by cash or through Demand Draft /Indian Postal Order drawn in the favour of Chairman Jakh Institute of Nursing Khaneri Rampur Bushahar Himachal Pradesh.
2. The prescribed application form should be completed in the applicant’s own handwriting and submitted to the above-said institution’s office.
3. Candidates who apply and appear in the final counseling should submit documentary evidence of having passed the qualifying examination along with an attested photocopy of the qualification / other eligible documents will be selected.
4. If any candidate selected for admission fails to join the course, the next candidate on the merit list will fill her place and fees paid by the first candidate in the institute will not be refunded or adjusted in any circumstances.
5. The selected candidates shall have to undergo a medical examination by the institute. If a candidate is found medically unfit, then she will be rejected.
6. The candidate has to bear the medical examination charges.
7. Each candidate selected for admission shall have to pay the fees immediately after the announcement of the list of selected candidates, otherwise, her admission shall be cancelled and the next candidate may be entertained / admitted.
