3. Character certificate issued by the Institution/School ( Last Attended).
4. Bonafide Certificate.
5. 6 Passport size photographs.
6. Residence proof.
7. Incomplete prescribed forms received after the last date, will be rejected.
8. All certificates and testimonials are subject to verification from the concerned Board/ University / Authority etc.
